Glass Vial Permanent Serialized Identification PSID

PermaBond Ceramic ID

PermaBond Ceramic ID Technology eliminates problems encountered by other labeling technologies. PermaBond was developed to permanently bond sample identifications directly onto glass labware.

  • Provides high contrast and universally readable barcodes.
  • Labeling process eliminates pinholes and fuses the ceramic to the glassware.
  • The fused ceramic is impervious to all laboratory handling and storage conditions.
  • Compatible with concentrated acids/bases, temperature extremes, and abrasion.
  • Fused ceramic is automation friendly, thin, rack friendly, and non-interfering.
  • Compatible with all automated handling devices.
  • Resistant to
    • Solvents, Caustics
    • Temperature Extremes and Scratches
    • Can be used in Water Baths, Sonicators, Vacuum Dryers and Centrifuges

Multiple Labeling Positions - Side, Top, Bottom, Partial and Full Wrap-Around
All Symbologies - High Contrast and Universally Readable Barcodes; 1D, 2D, Custom
Suitable for High Throughput Automation

RFID Permanent Serialized ID

Permanent chip serialized identification associates a unique, unchangeable identifier with the glass vials.

With a uniquely traceable microtransponder, ultra-secure tracking chips trace, connect, and authenticate each vial through sample management and supply chain systems.

  • SECURE - Serialized microtransponders are virtually impossible to duplicate or counterfeit.
  • TOUGH AS NAILS - can tolerate extreme temperatures (-200°C to 500°C); withstand microwave irradiation; and hold up against solvents and reagents.
  • EASY READ - 1 second read times and are readable through glass, frost, labels, etc.
  • COST EFFECTIVE - lowest price per vial.

Printed Serialized Identification

Direct Print on Vials

Advanced marking and labeling solutions that offer greater permanence and durability than traditional adhesive labels. These techniques are particularly suited for glass labware, vials, and other items that must endure harsh environments, sterilization processes, and repeated handling. By integrating labels directly into or onto the glass surface, we ensure that the identification remains clear and intact throughout the product’s lifecycle.

These methods are designed to withstand chemical exposure, thermal shocks, and physical abrasion, making them ideal for applications where long-term durability is essential.
